- Provide expert massage therapy services tailored to clients' specific needs.
- Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and professional attitude.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being.
- Build strong relationships with a diverse client base.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
- Promote member referrals and memberships to build clientele.
- Enjoy a schedule that includes weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Adhere to all massage therapy licensing laws and regulations.
- Current Massage Therapist License in good standing.
- Carry massage liability insurance.
- Strong technical massage skills and knowledge of various modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes weekends.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.
- Knowledge of other modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Reiki, etc.) is a plus but not required—we provide training in all modalities!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
