  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with nurses, social workers, and chaplains to deliver holistic care that meets each patient’s needs.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document care provided, changes in patient condition, and other important details to ensure seamless communication with the care team.

Work Schedule:

What We're Looking For:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state licensure.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a commitment to delivering excellent care.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay to support work-life balance.
  • A 403(b) retirement plan, with matching contributions to support your financial future.
  • Continuing education opportunities to help you grow your hospice expertise and advance your career.
  • Mileage reimbursement, with potential eligibility for a company car based on meeting qualifications.
