How you’ll contribute

A Radiology Tech who excels in this role:

  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations while ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Maintain radiation safety standards for patients, staff, and self.
  • Review images for quality and accuracy before submitting to radiologists.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation in electronic medical record systems.
  • Assist physicians and radiologists during special procedures when needed.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly.
  • Follow infection control, HIPAA, and hospital safety guidelines.
  • Provide compassionate patient care and education regarding imaging procedures.
  • Participate in on-call, weekend, holiday, or rotating shifts as required.

What we’re looking for: Applicants should have an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program required.

Additional requirements include:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry eligible. Must be registered within 6 months of hire.
  • BLS required by completion of hospital orientation.
