How you鈥檒l contribute聽
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
路 Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
路 Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
路 Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
路 Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
路 Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
路 Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

What we鈥檙e looking for聽
The registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total care of patients as delegated.聽
Applicants should have a current VA or compact RN license.聽
Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS, PALS & ASLS preferred
- One year of med/surg or critical care experience preferred
