As we continue to grow, we’re looking for highly motivated individuals who want to be part of an industry-leading company that values contribution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  The 3rd shift facility Maintenance job duties include: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout office areas, warehouse spaces, secondary packaging departments, and all common areas, including locker rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment and floors, trash removal, and maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Monitor facility grounds and assist with snow removal, lawn care, and general exterior upkeep.  Perform painting and sanding of equipment and facility walls to maintain appearance and functionality. Utilize the CMMS system to accurately document work performed, track labor, and record parts used for maintenance activities. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble condensers on RTU units.  Perform routine maintenance procedures, inspect equipment and components, and replace parts as needed.  Clean and maintain smoke generators and replace air filters as required. Assist with inventory control and organization of maintenance parts and supplies.  Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks to complete assigned tasks. Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and machinery while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices ( Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Also be able to work completely independently and stay self-motivated to complete task quickly and effectively  Duties may include unloading smokehouses and lifting dies to service equipment. Ability to stand, sit, crouch, or work in overhead positions for extended periods of time. Ability to work safely and effectively with caustic cleaning chemicals Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including fall protection requirements, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
