Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is looking for Surgical Technologist – Operating Room to join dynamic Perioperative Unit supporting a wide range of surgical procedures across regional campuses , who is confident in the OR, committed to sterile technique, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift
Pay:$27.26–$38.48/hour
Sign-On Bonus:$15,000 with 2-year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Available
Experience:2+ years preferred
Travel: Regional campuses | Mileage reimbursed
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ORs, instruments, equipment, and sterile fields for procedures.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures and anticipate their needs.
- Maintain sterile technique, surgical counts, and patient safety standards.
- Assist with patient positioning, room turnover, and post-procedure setup.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia, and perioperative staff.
- Travel between regional campuses as needed.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- 2+ years of Surgical Technologist experience preferred
- BLS required
- NBSTSA certification preferred
- Strong sterile technique, OR knowledge, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel between regional campuses
