Job DetailsJob Location: Galesburg, IL 61401Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: First ShiftSenior Director of Crisis and Access Services Bridgeway, Inc. | Galesburg, IL Bridgeway, Inc. is a federally designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving Knox, Henry, Warren, and Henderson Counties in west-central Illinois. We are opening a new walk-in crisis facility in Galesburg and seeking a clinical leader to build this program from the ground up — from site development and licensure through staffing, launch, and ongoing operations. This is a rare opportunity for a licensed clinician to design a program from concept to launch within the CCBHC model, one of the most closely watched frameworks in behavioral health nationally. In addition to launching the new facility, you will direct Bridgeway's established Mobile Crisis/SASS, Systems of Care, and Prevention programs, providing a comprehensive clinical leadership portfolio from day one. Key Responsibilities Build Something New Lead the development of Bridgeway's walk-in crisis facility in Galesburg — managing the process from site build-out and licensure through staffing and launch. Establish and scale a new Access to Care/Care Navigation team of case managers and navigators to ensure consumers receive immediate, appropriate care on-site and across Bridgeway's continuum. Clinical Oversight and Leadership Serve as (or designate) the Licensed Independent Professional responsible for clinical oversight of crisis response, ensuring CCBHC-required 24-hour mobile crisis availability. Direct the Mobile Crisis/SASS, Systems of Care, and Prevention programs and their respective program directors. Ensure SASS service compliance with Illinois DCFS and IDHS requirements, and integrate Engagement Specialists within their CRSS scope of practice. Manage grant compliance across IDHS 590/591 crisis grants, the YES/CMHI 3.0 initiative, the ROSC contract, IDHS Program 520, and SUPR-funded Prevention. Direct Bridgeway's regional Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training program. Monitor clinical quality measures, financial performance, and required reporting across the division. Report directly to the Vice President of Behavioral Health on program progress and expansion opportunities. What You Bring Master's or doctoral degree (MA, MSW, PhD, or PsyD) in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related human service field. Active, independent Illinois clinical license required: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LP. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive management experience in behavioral health. Working knowledge of CCBHC certification standards, CARF accreditation, Illinois DHS Rule 132, and grant-funded program administration preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. What We Offer Competitive salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
