Job DetailsJob Location: Galesville - Galesville, WI 54630Position Type: Full TimeJoin our team as a Rehab Director – Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant  Greenfield Rehab is seeking a full-time experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Galesville, WI.   The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
