We are currently accepting resumes & applications for the following pharmacist float position, with being primarily located at our Galion, Ohio location: 

JOB SUMMARY:  

Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Monitors patient therapies. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals. Supervises and directs support personnel.  


Regulatory Requirements:   

  • Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the State of Ohio   

Education Requirements:   

  • Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy  
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent   

Experience:   

  • Inpatient Health System, Ambulatory Medication Management or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred based on pharmacy practice site (inpatient, MMC or retail pharmacy).  
  • Completion of an accredited residency program or equivalent professional experience preferred
