We are currently accepting resumes & applications for the following pharmacist float position, with being primarily located at our Galion, Ohio location:

JOB SUMMARY:

Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Monitors patient therapies. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals. Supervises and directs support personnel.

Regulatory Requirements:

Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the State of Ohio

Education Requirements:

Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent

Experience:

Inpatient Health System, Ambulatory Medication Management or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred based on pharmacy practice site (inpatient, MMC or retail pharmacy).
Completion of an accredited residency program or equivalent professional experience preferred
