What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
  
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs
  
• Recommend factory maintenance and additional services based on vehicle inspections
  
• Prepare repair orders and schedule service appointments
  
• Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and vehicle updates
  
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient repairs
  
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  
• Assist with warranty repairs and rental vehicle arrangements when needed
  
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and positive reviews
  

What We're Looking For

• Automotive Service Advisor experience required
  
• Dealership experience preferred
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Strong sales and upselling ability
  
• Organized with excellent multitasking skills
  
• Experience using dealership management systems is a plus
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $5,000-$7,000 per month
