2nd Shift Machine Operators NEEDED

JOB TITLE: Brake, Turret, Stamping, Spot Weld and Robot Weld Operators 

2nd SHIFT-4:40pm until 3:10am             Monday thru Thursday           (4) 10-hour days                  OT available (But not required). 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

•    Sets up and operates various machines
•    Includes; loading and unloading tools, loading and securing blanks, operating the machine control, maintenance of the machine, running parts per customer drawing, deburring parts while in production, performing secondary operations on punched parts.

QUALIFICATIONS
•    High school level education or equivalent and specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job.
•    Need to have twelve inch calipers that will pass calibration testing.
•    Good math skills. Understanding of measurements and fractions.
•    Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
•    Blue print reading skills are desired.
•    Knowledge of (punch & die clearances, material bend allowances, and die radius for proper bending of material).
•    Able to read and understand production drawings.
•    Also must be open to working overtime hours when necessary.

Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations.
