Position Snapshot
A maintenance technician will install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. We have a high commitment to safety and are looking to expand our maintenance department with others who feel strongly about achieving a ZERO HARM work environment.

The schedule for this role is:
Monday - Thursday (Day Shift); 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Occasional additional overtime as needed to meet business demands.


To perform well in this role, you will need to:
  • Always wear your PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) like gloves, cut-resistant sleeves, safety glasses, & safety-toe shoes
  • Be inquisitive, ask questions, be willing to learn new things
  • Have good attendance
  • Be willing to get your hands dirty
  • Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and production equipment
  • Assist team members with preventative maintenance of machines
  • Repair hydraulic & pneumatic equipment
  • Operate cutting torch and welding equipment
  • Have basic math skills and the ability to measure lengths, diameters, weights, and counts
Qualifications to be considered for the role:
  • High School diploma or equivalent – technical training is a plus.
  • Must have 3 years of previous work experience in the capacity of an industrial maintenance technician
  • Ability to complete forms and understand written instructions.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. An equivalent combination of education and work-related experience may be acceptable.
  • Must display a stable previous employment history.
