Responsibilities
- Deployment, configuration, and management of all network infrastructure on our datacenter campus.
- Work with partner teams and vendors to manage day-to-day operations and reliability of the regional network.
- Schedule and perform maintenance including upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning of production networks.
- Create deployment packages and maintain as-built documentation and asset database for installed network gear.
- Establish and implement global best practices and contribute to the design of new scalable network solutions.
- Support the development, testing and integration of new hardware and software platforms into the network.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support the regional network infrastructure 24x7.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Cyber Forensics, Security or a related field and 2 years of infrastructure or related experience
- Experience must include 2 years of experience in the following
- Large-scale network design, deployment, and operations
- Configuration and troubleshooting of routing and switching protocols, including BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP-TE, VRRP, and HSRP
- Multi-Protocol BGP (MP-BGP) configuration and troubleshooting
- Network protocols, including TCP, UDP, DHCP, and DNS, with implementation of IPv4 and IPv6
- Multi-vendor networking environments, including configuration and troubleshooting of networking hardware
- Physical infrastructure design, including structured cabling and fiber-optic cabling
- Project coordination and execution for multiple concurrent networking initiatives
- Network issue resolution in globally distributed team environments
$108,431/year to $145,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits
