Server- Upscale Casual

We are looking for dedicated Upscale Casual Servers to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our dining experience, building authentic relationships with members, anticipating their needs, and orchestrating meals that feel effortless and special.

Unlike the revolving door of traditional restaurant service, here you will develop real connections with a consistent membership, such as learning our member’s names, celebrating milestones, and becoming a trusted part of their club experience. This is hospitality at its most meaningful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide fast, fun and anticipatory table service in an upscale casual environment 

• Build genuine relationships with members, remembering preferences, dietary needs, and personal details

• Present menus with confidence, offering thoughtful food and wine pairings and in-depth knowledge of every dish

• Coordinate seamlessly with culinary, bar, and support staff for flawless service execution

• Uphold impeccable timing, and presentation standards throughout every service

• Proactively identify and resolve member needs before they are voiced

• Assist with private events, member functions, and special occasion dining

• Embody and reinforce Grasslands Club culture of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience serving in a sports bar, private club, or upscale hospitality environment

• Passion for creating memorable, guest-centered dining experiences

• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktail fundamentals

• Polished, articulate communication style with a naturally warm and attentive presence

• Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks with grace under pressure

• A proactive, team-first mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement

WHAT WE OFFER

• Our Servers earn an hourly rate of $8.25/hour plus tips.

• Full-time or Part-time position with reliable scheduling and a stable, professional work environment
