Grasslands Club is seeking Server Assistants to join our Fine Dining and Sports Bar Food & Beverage team — and this role is designed to be a launching pad, not just a job. Think of it as a hands-on apprenticeship: you'll work directly alongside our servers, learning the flow of fine dining service, our members' preferences, and the standards that make our dining experience exceptional. Many of our current servers started right here as Server Assistants, and we're built to help you do the same.

WHAT YOU'LL DO — AND LEARN

As a Server Assistant, you'll support our servers to keep service smooth and seamless, while picking up the skills that prepare you to run your own tables down the line. You'll clear, clean, and reset tables with the polish our members expect, refill water and beverages, and assist with guest needs as directed. You'll help run and deliver food, keep dining areas and service stations organized, and communicate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff — building the teamwork instincts every great server relies on. Along the way, you'll be watching and learning: how our servers build rapport with members, anticipate needs, and handle a busy floor with confidence. That's the experience that gets you ready for the next step.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency
• Genuine interest in growing into a server or front-of-house hospitality role
• Ability to work well in a team-focused environment
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and take feedback well
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
