Job DetailsJob Location: Gallipolis, OH 45631Position Type: Full TimeYou are responsible for provided comprehensive financial solutions and exceptional service to our customers in a wide range of banking services, including opening various account types and the processing of loan applications. Account Management: Efficiently open and manage personal checking, business checking, IRAs and certificates of deposit. Loan Processing: take and process installment lending applications for auto loans, unsecured personal loans, credit cards, recreational vehicle loans, and other recreational loans including motorcycles and boats. Client Relations: conduct service calls with existing clients to review account performance, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with deposit and loan accounts. Financial Solutions: identify and recommend tailored financial solutions to meet clients' unique needs and financial goals. Compliance: adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines associated with accoutn opening and lending.QualificationsProven experience in banking or financial services Strong understanding of banking products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze financial information and offer suitable recommendations Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service Ability to apply creative thinking Excellent customer service Detail Oriented Flexibility Follow Instructions Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Problem Solving Sitting Team Work
