Housekeeping Room Attendant

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Hilton Garden Inn, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our guest rooms, ensuring that they are always ready for occupancy. Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be over age 18
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a criminal records background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness
• Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
