Lead patient care coordination and behavioral health operations as an LPC-S/Registered Nurse, while making a meaningful impact in a collaborative hospital setting near Gallup, NM. 

Salary: $101,000 - $148,000 Annually 

LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Opportunity: 

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Campus Housing Available | Full-Time | Permanent Position | Monday-Friday Schedule 
  
• LPC-S/Registered Nurse will manage patient referrals and transfers to outside hospitals, ensuring continuity of care and timely placement 
  
• Provide clinical leadership while supporting behavioral health and interdisciplinary care teams 
  
• Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

LPC-S/ Registered Nurse Qualifications: 

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license required 
  
• Preferred that a LPC-S/Registered Nurse has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)  
  
• Previous leadership, care coordination, or supervisory experience preferred 
  
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
