ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1) Develop and maintain courses, including online as well as face-to-face courses as assigned in all three PT programs;Â
2) Participate in service activities including SHP, university, and professional organization committees as well as community service;Â
3) advise students.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic doctorate (i.e. PhD, EdD, Dsc, etc.) in physical therapy or related field. Licensed PT in the U. S. and eligible to be licensed in Texas.
ÂPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior research or clinical expertise in pediatrics, neurology, integumentary, or geriatrics are preferred, as well as two or more years of teaching experience in DPT programs or related fields. Â Expertise in teaching and learning in online environments is a plus.Â
