We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, job allocations, and financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting operational decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Complete monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee job cost allocations and ensure accurate project accounting
Prepare journal entries and support month‑end close
Maintain general ledger accuracy and compliance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
Use advanced Excel to analyze and interpret financial data
Improve processes and strengthen internal controls
Other duties as assigned
Oversee the fixed asset lifecycle, including recording additions/disposals and preparing accurate monthly depreciation schedules.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting/Finance
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Experience with job costing or project‑based accounting a plus
Experience with Microsoft Business Central a plus

Repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and back in performance of work.
