What You'll Do
You'll be a key leader in the shop, partnering closely with the Shop Leader to create an incredible experience for both clients and team members.
- Support and inspire a team of talented barbers and stylists
- Coach and mentor team members as they build their skills and confidence
- Help maintain high standards for cuts, colors, shaves, and customer service
- Lead by example behind the chair while staying connected to the client experience
- Assist with recruiting and hiring great talent to strengthen the team
- Help manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end operational tasks
- Support scheduling, shop operations, and overall business performance
- Build a positive culture people want to be part of
- Partner with the Shop Leader and district leadership to help the shop thrive
In short: you'll help lead the team, support the business, and make a real impact every day.
What We're Looking For
- Active Maryland Barber or Cosmetology License
- 3+ years behind the chair in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, inventory, recruiting, or business operations is a plus
- Someone who leads with positivity, accountability, and passion
- A team-first mindset and a commitment to helping others succeed
