Aaction Home Repairs and Restoration is a fast‑growing restoration and reconstruction company specializing in fire, water, storm, and structural damage repairs. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, clear communication, and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee projects from estimate to completion.Job SummaryThe Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing residential and commercial rebuild projects, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and ensuring projects finish on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously
  • Communications in CRM/ Dash Programs. Work with TPA'S.
  • Create estimates, scopes of work, and change orders
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
  • Communicate proactively with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and job quality
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
  • Resolve issues to keep projects on track
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of construction, reconstruction, or restoration project management
  • Strong understanding of building materials, trades, and processes
  • Experience with insurance‑related work and Xactimate (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Customer‑focused mindset and strong leadership ability
