At LifeClinic, our mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. We’re already in 75+ locations and on track for 200.Â
Practice Model:Â
30-minute, 1:1 patient visitsÂ
Health-conscious patient baseÂ
Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassleÂ
Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is metÂ
Proven blueprint and extensive trainingÂ
Pay
This position starts at a salary of $90,000 and pays up to $110,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year

Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesÂ
Clinical CareÂ
Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patientÂ
Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as neededÂ
Patient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementÂ
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patientsÂ
Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up Â
Administrative & OperationalÂ
Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentationÂ
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communicationsÂ
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care deliveryÂ
Preferred Skills & CompetenciesÂ
Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocolsÂ
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing careÂ
Familiarity with EHR and scheduling softwareÂ
Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience Â
