 POSITION SUMMARY
Â
 The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, shipping, and distribution activities. This position ensures inventory accuracy, product traceability, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
 • Supervise Forklift Operators and assigned warehouse personnel.
 • Schedule, assign, and monitor daily warehouse activities.
 • Train, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse employees.
 • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
 • Verify employees are trained and competent to perform assigned job duties.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
 • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping, and material movement.
 • Ensure accurate inventory transactions within NetSuite and other inventory systems.
 • Ensure inventory transactions, receipts, transfers, and shipping activities are accurately recorded in NetSuite.
 • Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee cycle count activities.
 • Review and approve inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures.
 • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
 • Ensure compliance with FIFO, traceability, lot control, and product hold requirements.
 • Coordinate receiving and shipping activities to support production and customer needs.
 • Support internal audits, customer audits, regulatory inspections, and SQF certification activities.
 • Promote continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy, efficiency, safety, and service levels.

 FOOD SAFETY & QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
 • Follow and enforce GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, Food Defense, Food Fraud, Allergen Control, Traceability, and Sanitation Program requirements.
 • Ensure materials are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains food safety and product integrity.
 • Ensure compliance with traceability, inventory control, and product hold procedures.

 AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Â
 • Direct warehouse operations to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, inventory, and safety requirements.
 • Stop movement of damaged, questionable, or suspect materials.
 • Ensure product hold, segregation, and traceability procedures are followed.
 • Escalate food safety, quality, inventory, traceability, and regulatory concerns.
 • Initiate corrective actions related to warehouse operations and inventory controls.

 QUALIFICATIONS
Â
 • High School Diploma or GED required.
 • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
 • Minimum three (3) years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience.
 • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
 • Experience utilizing NetSuite, inventory management systems, and RF scanning technology preferred.

 TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Â
 The Warehouse Supervisor must successfully complete all required company orientation, food safety, quality, regulatory, safety, leadership, and job-specific training programs as assigned.

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Â
 • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
 • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
