The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio. Responsible for maintaining in cleaned and repaired condition the property interiors, exteriors, and site using materials and equipment and following manufacturer's directions for same. Reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, and current liability insurance coverage Able to work full time
