If you are looking for an opportunity to excel, we are looking for you.  Why Western Heating? • Supportive, ethical work environment • Career growth and training opportunities • Be part of a professional, driven, and respected team • Consistent, year-round work  Job Duties: • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and controls • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and system inspections • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues • Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals • Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and completed work • Communicate clearly with property managers, facility directors, and business owners • Identify and recommend system improvements, upgrades, or other products and services provided by Western, when appropriate  What We're Looking For: • HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent commercial experience • 3+ years of commercial service experience preferred • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities • EPA Certification (required) • Experience with rooftop units, boilers, hydronic systems, and commercial controls • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards  Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Paid time off • Traditional 401K + Roth IRA with 4% Employer match • Tuition reimbursement  Preferred Qualifications• HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent commercial experience • 3+ years of commercial service experience preferred • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities • EPA Certification (required) • Experience with rooftop units, boilers, hydronic systems, and commercial controls • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills • Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
