What You’ll Do

As a Pricing Assistant, you'll work closely with our Pricing Team to help maintain accurate pricing information and provide exceptional internal and external support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to pricing-related inquiries via phone and email
Process and manage high-volume pricing requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain pricing data and documentation
Analyze information and identify potential discrepancies
Support the creation and maintenance of training materials and procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines
Learn pricing systems, processes, and industry best practices
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to organize and manage data

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Excel formulas and data functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Administrative or customer service experience
Must be able to pass a drug test
