Truck Service Advisor

Job Summary

Join our team at Las Vegas Petroleum as a Truck Service Advisor in our bustling location. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for customers needing service, ensuring they receive the highest quality of assistance and guidance for their truck services. You will be responsible for creating and managing work orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and executing over-the-counter transactions with precision. Our goal is to make every traveler's experience seamless and satisfactory.

Pay: $15-17 per hour.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Write and detail work orders accurately
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs
• Have a solid understanding of our products and services
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to boost sales
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What we’re looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong suggestive selling abilities
• Basic computer skills, with experience in service order software preferred
• A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours
