Role Overview
We are seeking a self-driven, experienced Technical Project Manager who can lead complex digital implementations while also contributing to the evolution of AI-powered solutions and service offerings.
This role requires a combination of strong project management expertise, technical understanding, and client-facing advisory skills. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them from discovery through implementation while aligning solutions to business objectives.
Required: This role requires hands-on experience delivering and managing projects that involve Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client implementations, acting as both project manager and strategic advisor
- Translate client goals into detailed business and technical requirements, including specifications that guide cross-functional teams
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, revenue tracking, and profitability oversight
- Lead regular client status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and next steps
- Identify and mitigate risks, scope changes, and potential delivery gaps
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure solutions align with long-term client objectives
- Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction through consistent communication and delivery quality
- Drive opportunity expansion through change requests, retainers, and new project proposals
- Support and guide clients in adopting Bridgeline products, including training and enablement
- Partner with internal teams including engineering, UX, data, and strategy to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in digital or software implementation environments
- Proven experience managing projects involving Salesforce (required)
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Experience working with web technologies and software development lifecycles
- Familiarity with third-party platforms, integrations, and digital ecosystems
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office)
- Experience with digital platforms such as Search, CMS, eCommerce, Web Analytics, or Marketing Automation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with AI-enabled capabilities such as search, personalization, or analytics
- Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver data-driven outcomes
- PMP certification or similar credentials
- Experience in B2B digital environments
