About the Role:

CELLOW CAFE INC in Garden Grove, CA is looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our team! Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff
Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Answer menu questions and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations

Requirements:

Previous serving, waitstaff, or food service experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy café setting
Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays as needed
Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one
