Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things moving? Do you enjoy working with people and want to build your career in mortgage lending? We’re looking for a Mortgage Loan Service Representative to join our mortgage team and provide critical support throughout the loan process.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Mortgage Loan Originators, Loan Processors, Underwriters, and Closers to help ensure mortgage loans move smoothly from application through closing. You’ll communicate with members, gather and review documentation, maintain loan files, and help keep the mortgage pipeline on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Mortgage Loan Originators with daily member inquiries and phone support.
  • Communicate with members and third parties to request and obtain required loan documentation.
  • Review loan files and applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify missing information and make updates as needed.
  • Verify member information and account details.
  • Take mortgage applications by phone.
  • Pull credit reports and property profiles.
  • Label, organize, and upload documentation into the loan origination system.
  • Manage and monitor assigned loan pipelines to help meet closing expectations.
  • Work closely with Mortgage Loan Originators, Processors, Underwriters, and Closers to keep loans moving toward closing.
  • Retrieve, assign, verify, and complete loan documentation.
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for members throughout the process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in lending or mortgage lending. Relevant real estate lending coursework may substitute for experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, motivated, and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Windows.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use core banking and loan origination systems.

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:
