You’ll be the strategic liaison between business leaders and technical/data teams — turning operational needs and strategic goals into powerful, data-driven solutions that actually move the needle.

 What You Bring to the Table
 You’re not just experienced — you’re seasoned.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s = bonus points)
- 10+ years of business analysis experience (credit union or financial institution preferred)
- Deep knowledge of lending processes, deposit products, compliance, and regulatory considerations
- Expert-level understanding of credit union operations, workflows, product lifecycles, and performance metrics
- Tableau or Power BI skills that make executives say “Wow”
- Sharp eye for detail + strategic mindset + proactive problem-solving superpowers
- Exceptional communicator who can talk data with analysts and strategy with leadership

Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:
Senior Business Analyst- $120,000 to $130,000 anually
