We are hiring experienced Certified Shift Managers and Department Managers to be leaders within our restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you run the show during your shifts. You will be responsible for guiding the crew, keeping the energy high, and making sure every customer gets a fast, friendly, and accurate McGolden experience!
As a Certified Swing Manager, your responsibilities may include:
- Food Safety & Quality Standards
- Crew training, coaching, & scheduling
- Inventory and labor management
- Daily cleanliness and safety
