Position Overview

We are seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to lead press setup, operation, and quality control. In this role, you will own machine performance, monitor print accuracy, and perform preventive maintenance to deliver high-quality products. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, align, and operate flexographic presses, plates, cylinders, and dies according to job specifications.

  • Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and defects using precise test methods to ensure high-quality standards.

  • Process Management: Blend inks and varnishes, measure viscosity, load raw materials, and maintain optimal press operating speeds.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean components, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize uptime.

  • Safety & Continuous Improvement: Follow SOPs, maintain a safe production environment, and record daily time and material usage in the management system.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of flexographic printing or machine operation experience preferred.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and basic math proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate with team members.
