Special Education Teacher (SPED) - Full-Time


EDU-AIDs is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to support students in Gardner, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. We have full-time opportunities available across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, school administrators, and families to support student success.
  • Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that promotes academic, behavioral, and social growth.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district requirements.
Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License (required).
  • Minimum one year of experience in a Special Education classroom.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and progress monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
