Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate, schedule, and logically rearrange service and installation appointments for emergency or changing situations using our Window World CRM and QuickBooks.
- Customer Service & Showroom: Greet walk-in showroom customers, guide them through our products, handle inbound/outbound calls with professional phone etiquette, and process payments.
- Cross-Department Communication: Serve as the primary communication bridge between customers, installation crews, service technicians, and management to resolve issues promptly.
- Document & Inventory Control: Process incoming sales paperwork, verify delivery receipts, maintain accurate data entry, and keep an organized workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Focus & Personality: A pleasant, energetic personality both over the phone and in person, with a proven background in customer service.
- Tech & Math Aptitude: Proficient basic computer skills, accurate data entry, solid math skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and QuickBooks (preferred).
- Prioritization & Adaptability: Ability to prioritize varying tasks in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and work independently with great attention to detail.
