Painter: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Painter to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents, families, and staff.

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces and apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, and exterior areas
  • Repair minor drywall damage, cracks, and imperfections prior to painting
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhering to facility safety standards
  • Work around residents respectfully and minimize disruption
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment

  • Previous painting experience (commercial or residential preferred)
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
