Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall & Rowlett is looking for an outstanding Bilingual Recruiting Supervisor (English/Spanish) to join our management team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $17-$29 per hour, including performance incentives.

Starting pay will depend on qualifications, supervisory experience and demonstrated ability.

About the Role

As our Bilingual Staffing Supervisor, you'll recruit outstanding people, welcome new employees into our company and help them build successful careers with Molly Maid.

You'll work closely with our management team to help keep our business fully staffed while creating a positive workplace where employees feel respected, supported and encouraged to succeed.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Speaks fluent English and Spanish

• Has previous supervisory or leadership experience

• Enjoys working with people

• Is organized and dependable

• Communicates professionally

• Can handle confidential information

• Wants to help employees succeed

Experience in recruiting, staffing or human resources is helpful, but not essential.
