Job Summary:
This full-time remote role is for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants to provide steady, high-quality care through telehealth. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, support treatment goals, and provide counseling that helps improve daily functioning and emotional well-being. The work is hands-on, client-facing, and centered on consistent therapeutic support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver telehealth counseling sessions to adult or adolescent clients
  • Perform intake interviews and mental health assessments
  • Build treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals
  • Document sessions, progress, and recommendations clearly
  • Provide support for concerns such as stress, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
  • 2 weeks PTO
