We are looking to add another dependable and skilled Senior Systems Consultant to perform systems and solutions consulting support and project delivery through the systems delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities: Systems solutions consulting, engineering, and systems project delivery Radio, BDA/DAS, Video, Data. Deliver business presentations including complex technical matters to customers. Develop systems solutions by gathering information, researching different vendor technologies, and performing systems integration work. Perform RF designs and RF propagation analysis and study. Manage project delivery activities, resources, equipment, and information; monitor project progress and manage issues that arise. Perform general record management duties such as filing records in the correct locations, assigning file numbers, preparing file folder structures, and distributing documents and files as needed. Prepare and maintain project documents used throughout the systems delivery lifecycle project plan, actions log, risk and issue registers, schedules, cost estimates, budgets, milestone tracking for invoicing, etc. Prepare project charts, conceptual and detail system designs, network diagrams, floor plans, rack layouts, bills of materials, and project documents. Preferred Qualifications: Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Wireless, Radio Communications, Computers, or related post-secondary degree is required. A minimum of 8 years of job-related experience in similar role in a technical environment required. Knowledge of electricity, electronics, telecommunications, radio communications, networking, video, and wireless principles preferred. Experience with RF system design and implementation including antennas and filtering. Experience with systems solutions consulting, engineering practices, processes, and project delivery. Practical knowledge and/or certification in project management methodologies, tools, and applications. Strong understanding of IPv4, Ethernet, and related networking protocols. Experience identifying network solutions in Layers 1-3, experience with routers, switches, and firewalls. Familiarity with general construction industry and practices. Permitting process knowledge is a plus. Experience with MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio. Ability to travel up to 25% within the Greater Toronto Area and SW Ontario London, Kitchener, Sarnia.
