Quality Technician 

Manages the activities of laboratory analysis for scent beads and high-speed packaging line, assuring timely and precise execution of testing and the relative reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Timely executes all the laboratory tests for bulk product, according to Group plans and needs, releasing the products if applicable.
• Accurately records all the test results according to local laboratory rules, issuing all the necessary reports and Certificates of Analysis
• Assists in the receiving inspection and analysis of all raw materials for compliance to specifications
• Is responsible for the correct maintenance and functioning of the laboratory tools, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manages the retained samples archive, ensuring clear samples identification, and proper storage.
• Ensures weekly and monthly micro testing plates and samples are retrieved and processed to outside lab for testing
• Performs high-speed packaging line inspections, tests, and monitoring for overall quality of finished product
• Actively collaborates with the Quality team for the NC’s resolution.

Requirements: 

• Test methods and relative normative
• Laboratory instruments
• Basic English & Math Skills
• Basic precision measurement tools – Caliper, Ruler, Gages, etc.
• IT tools (MS Office, SAP R/3 QM module, SQC/SPC Software)
