Westborough, Camp Wind in the Pines, and Confidential Shelter. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist Facilities Director with general and minor maintenance duties Work collaboratively with the Facilities Director ensuring to report problems and /or concerns in a timely manner Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing doors, locks, or windows. Respond to maintenance requests Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations. Maintain a log of completed repairs and follow safety procedures at all times. Maintain a professional relationship with members, outside vendors, and staff members. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to work independently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable and punctual QualificationsEducation and Experience: High school or trade school graduate or equivalent Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required Proven experience in building or equipment maintenance preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Perform physicals tasks that include standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
