Opportunity Highlights

- Full-time position with consistent hours

- $30-$35/hr based on experience

What will you do? Make an impact!
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, tankers, and other various types of commercial vehicles.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, tankers, and fleet equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, brake, and ABS systems
- Complete annual/FHWA inspections on commercial vehicles
- Troubleshoot lighting and electrical issues using diagnostic software and tools
- Assist with trailer repairs, light fabrication, body work, and component replacements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required paperwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment while following all EHS and DOT regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience working on heavy-duty trucks or equipment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must provide your own tools
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle maintenance
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office products for diagnostics and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in an active industrial environment
- ASE certifications, brake/A/C certifications, or hydraulic system experience are a plus
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
