The operational excellence program lead is responsible for enterprise-wide initiatives of programmatic deployment of Zeus Operating System as well as corporate continuous improvements projects. This position is critical in coaching and mentoring of the team members in Lean & Six sigma methodologies and tools supporting problem solving. The role collaborates with teams at all levels to serve as a change agent for enterprise-wide initiatives that optimize operations, reduce waste, and build organizational capability to achieve business objectives.Â
