IFAB Corp is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems
Generate insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Build dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with business units (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business initiatives
Automate data processes and improve data pipelines for efficiency
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, or predictive modeling
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques
Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
