- Operating machines and plants in accordance with established procedures and work instructions
- Performing maintenance, servicing and repairs on machines and equipment to ensure trouble-free and long-term production.Â
- Monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance. Identifying machine program problems to enhance functionality.
- Implementing efforts to meet quality standards and ensure compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws as well as health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements
- Analysing process bottlenecks to implement targeted solutions for efficiency improvements

Required Skills:
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and do basic PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Siemens)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Have basic knowledge of O.S.H.A., State and Local codes. Ability to repair defective parts in compliance with O.S.H.A., State and Local codes
- Ability to maintain appropriate records such as work orders, timesheets, etc. Ability to operate all maintenance equipment in accordance with safety requirements
- Root cause problem-solving and creative thinking. Must be able to work independently with a sense of urgency as well as lead a small project team
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment

Role Summary
| The Maintenance Technician must be able to repair, install, replace, and maintain electro-mechanical equipment. They will also diagnose equipment failure and make repairs to equipment per manufacture recommendations and / or appropriate instructions. This position is 1st shift, 6 am – 2 pm, Monday – Friday. |

Education
|  -High School Dipolma or GED    -Successful completion of an Industrial Maintenance program or related program,certification, diploma, or Journeyman’s certification. Experience A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical and/or hydraulic systems.  |
