**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced part-time receptionist to join our team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Checking clients in and out

- Filing and managing records

- Handling cash transactions

- Answering phones and directing calls

- Maintaining a presentable front lobby

- Performing other office duties as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others is a must
