Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Robot Welder Operator to work with our robotic welding systems. The Robot Welder Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating robotic welding machines to perform automated welding tasks. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of robotic welding technology, be proficient in programming robotic welders, and possess the ability to troubleshoot and optimize robot welding processes for efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and set up robotic welding machines for specific welding tasks.
Load materials onto robotic welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment.
Monitor robot welders during operation to ensure accuracy and quality of welds.
Make adjustments to welding parameters and robot movements to optimize welding processes.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on robotic welding systems to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or errors that arise during robot welding operations.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop efficient welding programs.
Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidate must have some or all of the following educational/technical requirements:

Proven experience as a Robot Welder Operator or in a similar role working with robotic welding systems.
Proficiency in programming and operating robotic welding machines.
Strong understanding of welding processes and parameters.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding symbols for robotic welding operations.
