About the Role:

GH Induction Atmospheres LLC is looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Rochester, NY! This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge induction heating and thermal processing technology in a dynamic, hands-on environment. Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, components, and equipment
Perform diagnostic testing and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
Repair and replace faulty wiring, circuit breakers, panels, and control systems
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support equipment builds and upgrades
Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and company protocols
Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repair logs accurately

Requirements:

Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field
2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Experience with PLCs, control panels, and low/high voltage systems
Knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA electrical safety standards
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
