Job DetailsJob Location: Anakeesta - Gatlinburg, TN 37738Salary Range: $8.50 HourlyAs an Anakeesta Bartender you'll craft flavorful cocktails, elevate the bar experience, and leave guests in awe of your creative cocktails and excellent service. Anakeesta is seeking Bartenders to provide an excellent guest experience. This position will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.    Responsibilities  Welcome and greet guests.  Stocking and washing glassware; Bussing the bar and surrounding tables; and removal of trash and recycling.  Answering questions and making knowledgeable recommendations   Follow procedures in sales, service, and quality  Stock, put away orders, and inventory beer and liquor.  Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails  Properly and accurately pour drinks to recipe or standard.  Accurately enter guests’ order and receive payment through our point-of-sale computer system.  Monitor guests dining experience and ensure they are satisfied with their food, drinks, and overall experience.  Perform side work and be willing to help entire restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.  Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests  Comply with all food and beverage regulations, attending all trainings as required  Check guests’ identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages  Attends all necessary F&B training classes  Other duties as assigned.  Qualifications Positive and Professional Attitude  Previous bartender experience preferred  Must be at least 21 years old  Must have TABC license  Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays    Physical Requirements  Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, crawl and stand for long periods of time.  Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time    Perks   Work with an enthusiastic team and create lasting memories  Free parking  Competitive pay  Paid time off  Medical, dental, and vision Insurance  Life insurance  401K  Free admission for employees and their immediate family  Employee discounts on food and merchandise  Generous pass exchange program with area attractions  If you believe you meet the qualifications above and have an interest in joining the Anakeesta team, please apply online.
